I can go on and on with these words we use today that are mostly pertaining to the subject of economy.
We have managed to come up with so many words that in fact make things much more challenging and harder in relation to our living and surviving on the planet.
Understand that money as we know it is just an idea made manifest by us humans, we just agreed that money should be the way we would share the resources of the earth.
We take money so serious as if life itself depends on money, when in reality everything is depended on life, even death.
What is so funny and yet also so seriously dangerous is that we take this whole system as something we cannot do anything about it, and as if it is THE most important thing ever, when in reality it is soooooooooo limited and so easy to get rid of.
What makes it appear as if it is something so difficult to do or whatever, are these words we invented to make it sound so sophisticated and out of our reach, something that takes tremendous work and have high degrees of difficulty, when all in all it is all really simple. We just got lost along the sophistication of words and of systems and forgot totally the simplicity of life.

All the above words are very well mentioned in the news and in the languages that are being spoken in this world at the moment, because there is an imminent threat going on that what we have as this system is counting its last days. We all fear the consequences.

But one must understand the following;

When money dies, the resources of earth don't die with it.
The plants that you eat, don't die with it.
The animals you depend on for your survival don't die with it.
The water you use don't suddenly evaporate and its gone.
 The house you have built and is living in, will not disappear.
Your body, will not suddenly die.
Your ideas will not leave you empty.
All the roads and bridges we have built will not crumble and fall down
Rain is not going to stop suddenly.
The land you live on it not going to disappear.
The knowledge you have about how to do certain things, and how to survive will not suddenly leave you.
The doctors, the engineers, the construction workers and you name it, all of these people will not just suddenly disappear and/or loose their knowledge about what they do, because the money is gone.
The people you use to have relationship with to exchange goods in other countries, will not suddenly disappear together with the goods you used to get from them.
Your fridge is going to continue working.
The clothing you wear, are still going to be here, and the people and the machines and the resources to make the clothing are all still going to be here.

One can see where I am going with these. I am conveying here that everything that actually makes our living here possible, all the relationships that are here, between people and and the rest of what is here, are all not going to disappear because money disappeared.
But yet, here we are acting as if that is what is actually going to happen. Now understand that because we have limit all of these and tie them to money, it will in the beginning feel like and actually people will go through certain very extreme situations, but it all does not have to happen like that.
The way we are being controlled is through fear and through laws, to make sure we don't just turn our backs at those who are controlling the masses and using the masses for their own self-interest.
By making laws to protect them in being in control of the resources we use, was and is the way one  can loose all the relationships that are here and that are in need of people interactions and labor and ideas to happen in the real physical, practical world.

All the words and few phrases I have placed even though some may have a positive inclination to them, one must understand that in their totality and combined existence in this world in a system of debt, they all lead to the same outcome, namely: "destruction, harm and abuse to/towards all life on earth."

Now I am  going to bring to my understanding the word: "Death"

The merriam-webster.com dictionary is saying the following about death:

As I see these definitions up here, there is one that I can live with/use practically. Which is the first one in the full definition part, where it says: " a permanent cessation of all vital functions: the end of life."

The reason I find this one a definition that comes close to what death is, even though death is just the unknown, and why is death unknown? Because it is only when it happens to us, thus individually, that we go through it ourselves only then in that moment it is and will be known to us, thus the experience itself, the going through the moment of death, that will be for each to know when they will be in that moment.

So that definition is saying that; a permanent stoppage of the vital functions, thus that the heart have stopped, the lungs, the brain. And after this part it ends with: " the end of life."  This part is very important, because it is implying that the body itself is life and life have stopped for this particular body. But then is it the life that have stopped or the body that has stopped living, expressing life? For me the latter makes more sense. So everything that the body has become, thus the form it took, goes back to become the dust of the earth, the substance of the earth, and is the earth alive or dead? I can conclude in common sense that the earth is alive and stays alive even when lots of lifeforms are dying on it or in it. So it is NOT life itself that ended when a body dies, it is that particular body that ended in expressing itself as one of the manifested lifeforms. Thus what the body was will now be part of the earth again to be used to support other forms of life on earth, and maybe even form other form of life on earth. So within the physical this death when I look at it, is only a transformation of all the parts that were together as one individual whole as in this case a human form to go back again to be part of the substance of the earth as we have called it: "the dust of the earth." As the dust of the earth one is no more a packaged form as what it used to be as the human physical body.

But now we as human beings have a dilemma with this body of ours. Because we are NOT living as our bodies for real, we are not equal and one with and as it yet. We are living in our minds as mind entities through the body, thus using what the body consists of and exists as to experience what we believe we are as these entities in the mind, but the actual living as the body, all of it......thus that I am my body literally, ALL of it equal and one, aware of myself as it in every moment is a no go for us humans as the moment.

Self-forgiveness & self-commitment statements:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think and believe that death is something that is in separation to myself when I am aware that death is something that is personal to me as the entity in my mind, as I do not in fact know that I as this entity I believe myself to be will continue when the body cease to exist as it exist as an expressive physical manifested life-form.

When and as I see myself going into or I am about to go into thinking and believing that death is separate from me, even though I am aware that it is personal to me as the entity that I believe myself to be within and as the mind, I STOP--------- take a deep breath and bring myself back here till I am clear and stable and nothing moves within me as me as the mind as energy.

I realize that I am separating myself to death within and as my mind as the entity within and as my mind that is the ego, because I have separated myself also from this very entity too, thus I am existing in total separation to everything I have accepted and allowed myself to be and become.

Therefore, I commit myself to little by little through my writing of self-forgiveness and my commitment to life in self-honesty to make sure to I become aware as me as the mind, as the eg, as that which I understand death to be till I am one and equal here living within and as them as me and through this having the practical living understanding of everything I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear death within and as my mind, and creating all sorts/kinds of believes to hide this fear and thus making myself live up to death and what will happen after death.

When and as I see myself going into or I am about to go into the fear of death within and as my mind, I STOP------------ take a deep breath and bring myself back here till I am clear and stable and nothing moves within me as me as the mind as energy.

I realize that because I have created this fear of death within and as myself as my mind consciousness system, I then live upto and for death itself and does not actually live upto of for/ as life itself, thus not actually living at all.

Thus within this, I commit myself to make sure to remind myself by sticking to my breathing here in every moment that I am here to express myself as life and to give myself the opportunity to birth myself in the physical as life and investigate/introspect all the reasons I have created within and as my mind that I live upto death, through my writing of self-forgiveness and my commitment to life to not accept and allow myself to live upto/for death but instead live upto and for/as life here.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create fears within and as my mind about how I could die.

When and as I see myself going into or I am about to go into the creation of fear about how I could die, I STOP----------- take a deep breath and bring myself back here, till I am clear and stable and nothing moves within me as me as the mind as energy.

I realize that I created the fear about how I could die and because of this accepting and allowing my life to be based around this fear about how I could die, and thus not actually living for/as life here, but just to live to avoid how I could die in accordance with what I think/believe I could die.

Thus within this, I commit myself to release myself from this fear about how I could die through my writing of self-forgiveness and my commitment to life in self-honesty and make sure I make this part of my living and the reminder that use is my breath. To focus on my breathing and remind myself that I am here and that I do not have to fear death nor fear how I could die, because what matter is how I live here in support to as life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to accept death as part of me, and thus part of my living here.

When and as I see myself going into or I am about to go into the acceptance of death as part of me, I STOP----------- take a deep breath and bring myself back here till I am clear and stable and nothing moves within me as me as the mind as energy.

I realize that by accepting death as part of me I then makes believes about it within my mind and also think about it, and see that I accept and allow this believe and these thoughts to fead the fear of death that I have created within myself and then preocupied myself within and as this fear and thus living as this fear and not living here, expressing me as the body as a manifested physical life form.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to see/realize and understand that my body is an expression of life in fact, because I have placed the fear of death on it, just because of what I see happens in reality to other humans that die, thus focusing more on what will happen to the body then to actually be the body and that expressing me as the body means that I am the body.

When and as I see myself going into or I am about to go into not expressing me as my human physical body, but choose the fear of death to be my preocupation in my mind and thus living up to death in my life, I STOP----------- take a deep breath and bring myself back here till I am clear and stable and nothing moves within me as me as the mind as energy. 

I realize that I am not expressing or giving myself the opportunity to not express myself as life here, because I am constantly and consistently preocupied within and as my mind with the fear of death and living and constructing my life around that instead of living life here.

Thus within this, I commit myself to stop participation and preocupation with death and the fear of death within my mind and start participating with living and practical solutions about how I am living here in this reality/existence. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to honor death within and as myself either consciously or unconsciously and because of this live upto trying to prevent what I don't even know exactly when it will happen to me, but yet wasting my time creating more fear within and as myself and living in and as fear itself instead of living life here and expressing myself here.

When and as I see myself going into or I am about to go into honoring of death by the contineous participation about death within my mind, I STOP----------- take a deep breath and bring myself back here till I am clear and stable and nothing moves within me as me as the mind as energy.

I realize that I see within myself that I am honoring death because I am living my life upto it, participating in fearing it, thus my whole living is about death and trying to avoid death instead of actually living here in every moment of every breath.

Thus within this I commit myself to honor life and life in accordance to this honor in every moment of every breath and if I see myself not doing so, to remind myself through my own breathing and focus on my breathing and what I am physically participating in and as here.

Self-Reward:

I have seen/realized and understood within my writing here, that death is part of me and death will happen to me and that I do not have to fear death, instead accept and embrace it to understand it within me and thus when I do so the fear stops and is no more and then this gives me the space within and as myself to live here  and express me here instead of living my life in fear of death.

So, there we have it, lots of definitions about life. Isn't that a little confusing, to have so many definition of something that is just one thing; LIFE.
In desteni we say that life is; Oneness and Equality.

As one can see in the definitions up there from the merriam webster dictionary.com that we have categorized life in different manners and within different dimensions where life exists, but yet we can't see that it is the same life everywhere in everything and through everything, always HERE, even in death.
We have neglected life big time and we still do. We only live through our minds as consciousness as energy and believe we are even less then the mind, because we are not even aware of ourselves as this mind, this consciousness, energy.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see/realize and understand that I am not aware at all as myself as life.

When and as I see myself going into or I am about to go into not seeing/realizing/ understanding that I am not aware at all as myself as life, I STOP---------------- take a deep breath and bring myself back here till I am clear and stable and nothng moves within me as me as the mind as energy.

I realize that I am not aware of myself as life, because I live within and as my mind and not as life as one as equal.

Thus within this, I commit myself to through my writing of self-forgiveness and my commitments to life, to make sure I little by little, step by step make myself aware of myself as life, till I am aware as myself as life, to be patient with myself, because I know it is not something that will be easy nor something that will take a little time, it is something that will take me years, so I just walk and do what I have to do.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think and believe that life is only when I am born till I die and through this think and believe that life have a beginning and an end and project everything based on this believe.

I realize that I am thinking and believing that life begins at birth and end at death and also that life have a beginning and an end because of this, because this is all I have ever known about life and it is only from an observational point of view, it is not from a point of standing equal and one with and as life itself to see/realize and understand what life actually really is here.

I realize that I am thinking and believing what life is because that is all I ever knew about life, thus that I am thinking about it and believing about it or intepret and perceive it through my mind and nothing else but these. Thus never really actually live as life here at all.

Therefore I commit myself to little by little, step by step to work out all the believes and thoughts, perecptions and interpretations I have about life to make room for actually for real starting to live as equal as one with and as life.

When and as I see myself going into or I am about to go into allowing myself to not realize that life is here in/through everything that is here, I STOP------------- take a deep breath and ground myself here within and as myself, till I am clear and stable and nothing moves within me as me as the mind as energy.

I realize that the only reason I am not aware as myself as life and then see that life is here in and through all  and everything is because I have separated myself from life through my mind, believing that I am what is within and as this mind as programs as consciousness as energy.


Therefore within this I commit myself to stop all these programs that exists within and as my mind little by little, step by step through my writing of self-forgiveness and my commitments to life in self-honesty till I one day become aware of myself as life here and to remind myself that I need to be patient and just live through my breath time that I have and just do it.




Self-Reward:


Within this writing I have seen/realized and understood that I have allowed myself to define life through my mind consciousness system and only within and as my mind consciousness system without ever giving myself that gift to give life as me a chance within and as myself so I can see/realize and understand for myself that I am indeed equal and one with and as life. Thus now all I have to do is forgive all these believes I have placed in front of myself to blind myself in order to not see myself as life when in reality I need that very life itself to maintain my separation to life intact, thus allowing myself to abuse myself as life and all of life equally so. Thus I must change me from separation to equal and one living as life here.

Day 263, The tree of LIFE and the tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil.

Now, a few weeks ago, as i was explaining to someone that happened to be a believer in the bible, that most people that read this book, most of the times, if it's not ALL of the times- seem to brush everything aside that they know they cannot explain with the book itself and also know when what is written doesn't make any sense. And the parts that DO make sense and that is; IF they were to be applied practically in our living together, things might have been different from the perspective of one following ones religion.


                                                     

 I am NOT going to write what i'm about to write for purposes of critisizing. I am writing this to just put out there another way of seeing within that which was written, even when i myself do NOT have believes, that within that book or any book one can still apply Common Sense and use what is written or what is HERE to bring about that which is BEST for all in a practical/factual/physical manner/way to have an outcome that will be BEST for all practically.

For this i am going to use of the King James Bible version to illustrate even within a story that i myself see as a more rhetorical allegory and NOT as a piece of written material that can be taken literally.

Let me start with Genesis Chapter 2 verse 9, which is as follows, and i want you the reader to pay attention to the words that i will underline, because i will give my perspective on them.


⁹ And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.


                                                       

Now, as one can see i have underlined the words: '' the tree of life'' and '' the tree of knowledge of good and evil.''

What i noticed within these sequence of words is the following: the word ''knowledge'' is NOT in the sequence of the words '' the tree of life.''
This is very important to understand. It is implying within these simple words that LIFE stands on itself, it gives to itself, it is not dependent on Knowledge as is the second sequence of words as in: '' the tree of Knowledge of good and evil.''
''Good and Evil,'' is dependent on the Knowledge thereof. In other words, to make it much more easy; ''Good and Evil,'' needs to be Known in order for them to exist, the knowledge of them must be first. You have to KNOW ''good and evil'' before you can apply them. And where is Knowledge coming from...??  Is it not the mind..??

So lets move futher with the looking at this point of; '' the tree of life'' and ''the tree of good and evil.''

 I move to the next verses in the same
chapter that are related to this point, and they are the following:

¹⁶ And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

¹⁷ But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

                                             

These two verses are also very important to look at within common sense, because God is Commanding the Man to NOT eat of the tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, and that IF they should do that, they will surely die.

For God himself to place that tree in that garden he himself must be full of '' the knowledge of Good and Evil.''  Keep this in mind, because it will be discused further.

Now i am going to move to the next chapter, which will be chapter 3 with the following verses:

²² And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

²³ Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.

²⁴ So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

Within these 3 verses something very fascinating has happened. Now that the Man has eaten of the tree that they were Commanded to NOT to eat of and Become Like God; Knowing ''good and evil,'' as God himself is saying here in verse 22, talking to someone else, as in the word: ''US.''

So now God Knows that ''Good and Evil,'' must be a terrible thing, God immediately sent the Man forth from the garden, because God is now even afraid that the Man might eat of the tree of LIFE and then live FOREVER. God Did NOT forgive them, Did NOT teach them forgiveness either......None of these things did this benevolent being as God do. He just did what he could do BEST, which is to Punish those whom does NOT live by its Commands.


For most heavy duty Christians, this is a ''good'' thing that God did, to sent them out of the garden, before they ate of the tree of LIFE, and also because most Christians belief that they needed to OBEY God's command, which was to NOT eat of: ''the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.'' So they deserve to be punished..........interesting.

And in these 3 verses one can see that the Man did NOT ever ate of the tree of LIFE, and the story does not mention how it come they did not eat of it, if it was NOT commanded by God to NOT to do so..??

So now up to where i wanted to get to, and that is to see that within this story, that IF one is a serious Christian, one will notice, IF one pay attention, that " Good and Evil,'' is NOT something that God wanted Man to have or to express themselves as.

What do we still see today in this world? Do we NOT see that we are still doing the same thing God did NOT want us to do, which is ''Good and Evil.''  Let me repeat that for you the reader, IF you are a believer in this story; '' GOOD & EVIL.''  Thus both of them!!!!!

But yet what are we trying to do in this world everyday? We are always trying to do some ''good'' and avoid as much as possible the ''evil'' isn't it so? Or we are trying to Punish those that do evil according to us. And those that are evil are doing their best to abuse those that are good, and so the whole cycle continues.

God was very clear by the very fact according to this story, that he even went as far as to remove Man from the garden, because they have eaten from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

Remember what God said in verse 17, that if one eats of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, one shall surely DIE. Now this is a fascinating statement made by God, because understand God himself is the one full of the knowledge of good and evil, so full that he had to made a tree that bear fruits that IF eaten thereof, one will possess this knowledge of good and evil and thus then surely DIE. So God is then stating that he also is going to DIE, because he himself is saying that about eating of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thus possessing this knowledge will lead to DEATH.

Here is the other fascinating thing within this whole point, that God himself must have eaten from the tree of LIFE in order to understand that a forever LIFE is possible if one eats of it, and now does NOT want theMan that he created in his image and likeness to be just like him; FOREVER with the knowledge of good and evil, that leads to death eventually some time in the future, and thus removed/banned the Man out of the garden, and put guards to guard this tree of LIFE. Does this make any sense to you the reader?

Another fascinating point is also in this whole story, that God is incapable of uncreating what he creates and for example; cannot Remove the tree of LIFE out of the garden, but had to improvise and punish the Man instead, and on top of all the disaster sent him away too and to mulitply and become more people that will live this ''good and evil'' that he did NOT want in the world. So God made things even worse instead of taking responsibility for his own creation and to correct that which was done.

So IF you the reader are a Christian, consider this very deeply, that by doing ''GOOD or EVIL,'' is NOT what God wanted from you. So if one is believing that by doing ''good'' in this world as oppose to evil, and due to this one is going to go to some heaven of some sorts when one dies, rethink that Again, because the story is already very clear that God did NOT want you to be ''GOOD nor EVIL.''

So now we have a dilemna, because what are we suppose to do now? Because as one can see ''good and evil'' is all what everyone KNOWS and is also what every parent is keeping on teaching their children to continue with the same thing over and over and over.................................................

Thus this whole story is telling us, that ''good and evil'' are polarities/opposites and are thus NOT what LIFE IS!!!!!  Our answer lies in LIFE, the tree of LIFE!!!

We need to do LIFE and NOT do ''good and evil'' for they are NOT LIFE!!!

So if one is actively as a Christian trying as much as possible to do good in the world, remember that you are Still doing that which was commanded by God of you NOT to do...!!!!

It will be impossible for anyone who does ''GOOD'' to enter heaven, because ''GOOD'' was a part that belonged to another part which is ''EVIL'' that were the two opposite polarities from each other, the one supporting the other.

I am placing the possibility to enter a heaven of some sorts purely for those whom might have this belief that when they die, they are going to this place IF they were '' GOOD,'' as this is a belief that many if not all Christians have, all the 2.8 billion of them. And it is not reserve to Christians alone, many other belief systems have this belief too.

So to do ''good'' is the same as to do ''evil'' and vice versa!!!!

Make sure that you do LIFE.......as it was written something we yet do NOT understand and never lived as one as equal as YET.

Day 121, When Time Is Slipping Away.

Now what i mean with this title of this blog is that,when i look at the time, i see/perceive/interpret/view it as fear of me having less time now, to birth myself HERE in the physical as the living flesh, the real Character of this earth.

 

 

Now have a look at this common sense here. The body is already HERE, and it is already breathing, the breath is it's functionality as a living being here on this earth, and the body is ALIVE. There is only one problem, and that problem is the ME, that i think/belief i am, which is just a personality/character in my mind. Now this is literally the REAL PARASITE, that is consuming the substance as the human physical body and transform it into energy for it to continue existing as energy of  that which it IS.

 

 

 

So what does this have to do with time slipping away..?? Well the more i continue participation within and as my mind the more i consume parts of my body, till my body will have enough of this abuse.

 

 

Self-forgiveness:

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to fear time slipping away from me,when i know that the only real time that i have available is always my breath-time, and within this do as much as possible as i can, or better yet to give it my all to STOP my participation in my mind.

 

 

I commit myself to little by little as i deconstruct and find the layers and patterns of fears that run through me, to STOP fearing this idea of how much time i have, because it is just an idea in my mind that DOES NOT KNOW at all how much time IT has to continue being here since it is as me devoid of LIFE.

 

 

 

 

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to let myself be deluded about how much time i have or not, when all i need to do is do what i have to do practically and be done with it.

 

 

I commit myself to STOP deluding myself about this idea of how much time i have and just make sure to BREATHE, HERE in every moment and do what is I have to do and be done with it. 

 

 

 

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to be influenced by my idea of time, where i will walk myself into fear, because when it comes to how much time i have as i define time in my mind, it is truly a waste of time, because i just don't know when my time will come to leave this place, so why bother with something that i will never find out through my mind anyways. Within this i realize that to be in fear of time means i am NOT living HERE as one as equal as my breath as my human physical body.  I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to NOT live as my breath, and as my human physical body HERE.

 

 

I commit myself to STOP participation within my mind where i influence myself about the idea of time, and get scared because within this idea there is a question mark that i don't know how much time i still have. So whenever i see myself going into or about to go into my mind, I STOP-----------------Breathe and make sure i am touching something that is physically here, like putting my hands together for example to make sure to remind me that HERE is where i am and NOT there lost in  my mind.

 

I commit myself to little by little, step by step to GROUND myself HERE within and as my human physical body and as my breath.

 

 

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to think/belief that having such ideas of time slipping away from me or not, will change anything as i participate within the abuse that i am in, as what is being lived through me as one as equal with all humans in this world, and that it is only when ONE of the I's as me walk as the example of change some will get it when the time is right for them to see/realize/understand that the only change possible that will be best for all equally, is the change where all LIVE in FACT that which is BEST for all LIFE, wherein LIFE is what is the REAL value and the REAL measurement, as it IS a living measurement, which is NOT even a measurement but more like an EXPRESSION.

 

 

 

I commit myself to STOP my thinking about my time slipping away as i can clearly see, that it won't change anything in my living application, as in reality it will only add more layers of fear within myself and the world at large through my participation HERE in this world, so i BREATHE and make sure to ground myself right HERE so i don't loose myself and remind myself by touching something that is physically HERE in that moment.

 

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to not see for REAL that when i split the word TIME as in '' TI ''  and '' ME ''    and i sound it, and hear the sound of it when i pronounce the word it will read '' TIE ME. ''  Within this i forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to TIE myself using the idea of time within my mind, wherein i will NOT get loose and bind myself within my own mind within and as an idea, that has nothing to do with  my REAL TIME, which is my BREATH-TIME.

 

 

I commit myself to make sure i stick to my breath as i seem to lost myself often in my mind and forgetting that i am BREATHING, ME as the REAL character which is the human physical body, the only one that can type these words and pronounce them physically HERE, something my mind will NEVER be capable of doing.  Within this i realize how simple common sense can make one see how deluded one is to participate in such thing as one mind. Why..??----- Because ONLY the BODY can SPEAK, and also WRITE, the MIND is NOT capable of ANY physical action at all as itself right HERE, for it to move it can ONLY manipulate and abuse the BODY for it to MOVE, but physical it will NEVER EVER BE...!!! 

 

 

 

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to NOT see/realize/understand the true implications of wasting my BREATHING in my idea of time in my mind, because every BREATH gone without my awareness of/as it,as one as equal, is truly a moment of LIFE as myself HERE gone forever. Within this i realize that every moment i am NOT one and equal with/as my BREATH i am NOT HERE LIVING as LIFE, one and equal.

 

I commit myself to remind myself through taking deep breaths, to bring myself back HERE out of my mind, so i don't loose moments by NOT living HERE.

 

 

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to connect the idea of time to DEATH, for i measure my living in my mind with the idea of DEATH also,even though i don't know when it is i am going to die, which is in reality a real a mind-fuck as well, because i don't know what time is in fact and i also don't know what DEATH is in fact. So how can i measure something with something else when both are unknown to me at the moment..??  I realize that DEATH will be just like my breathing one and equal, which works in moments, so the moment my body will decide when it has had enough of the parasite that i am as the mind.

 

 

I commit myself to let go of the idea of time and also the idea of death for they mean nothing when the body decides that it has had enough of the abuse that i have done to it as the the mind i think/belief i am, and make sure i ground myself right HERE within/as my breath and within/as  my human physical body.

 

 

 

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to connect TIME with the idea of '' being too late'' which in essence tells me in my own face that following my idea of time in my mind means i will be always too late to catch up with the REAL time,that is BREATH-TIME.

 

I commit myself to STOP myself connecting ideas with ideas within my mind as for they serve only one thing,and that is: '' illusions.''
